My client has left it totally up to me to decide which of three drafts to use for his site.
The three drafts are only one page... none of them are complete in general, but you will get the idea for each.

I have no idea which to use, so I value your opinions if you would take the time to look.

Wow.

You have the luckiest clients on the planet. Naturally I love them all!

I vote for number one. It is so original in flavor. The soft aqua color with the black and white is brilliant and different. I just love it.

Really like the way you incorporated the logo into the buttons Shelly -- that is such a nice touch. I've gotta have those paperclips

NUMBER 1 -- I vote for #1 :D

So tell me ... do you have a bunch of template designs sitting around? :)

I can't imagine pulling together 3 completely different looks to give to a client, I just do variations on a theme

Looks wise, I like # 1 the best. I like the way the colors work together, and I love the graphics.

But I think since it's a financial site, #3 probably feels the most like a financial site.

But really, I like them all.

Be sure to let me know which one you go with!

Deb,
As a matter a fact I have too many designs laying around. See, that part of the design process is what I love to do. After they choose a design and I start generating pages with content.. I can't stand that part. I love starting from scratch and creating the design. If ya ever get stuck, let me know and if I have anything relevant as far as type of business/site e, I will send your way and there might be something you can use.

Lori,
February Newsletter is the best yet! This site is such a blessing and I can't believe all that you have done here. You should be so proud of this and it will only grow.

Thanks Shelly :)

Why don't you sell templates?

Lori,
To be totally honest about selling templates... I really think that there are so many template sites out there now, that if I were to have 'templates' for sale right along side with design services, that it would somehow take away from the service I offer. Maybe commercialize it too much, or take away from the personalized service that I offer. Does that make sense? Or am I nutZ?

And, honestly I really don't think they are worth much, or anything at all to anyone.

Well... from a creative perspective I can understand your feeling about commercializing your work.

From a practical perspective, I think it could be more work then you'd like in terms of customer support.

But from a business perspective, I think you would find it lucrative...
The majority of template sites out there are just rehashing monster templates and a few others through reseller programs.

Yours would be fresh, unique, and rockin! But I would do it completely seperate from your current site. You could even start an affiliate program of your own.

I sometimes am more of a capitalist then I like to admit!
