Job vacancy for lazy Programmer

Are you a sophomore / junior majoring in CS / EE?

Do you march to the tune of your own drummer?

Does the thought of interning this summer at Google / Microsoft / Ebay / Yahoo / YABC bore you to death?

Does the thought of spending summer working for a company that might change the computing world (or might never be?) intrigue you?

Does the idea of spending three months building the v0.1 of a next generation computing infrastructure appeal to you?

Are you competent at scripting languages and / or have build dynamic, data driven web sites? (The technology does not matter, but knowing your way around LAMP would be a major plus!)

Do you have a passion for building clean, usable systems?

If you answer in the affirmative to a majority of the above questions we would love to hear from you. Send us a resume (xxx@xxx.com) and a cover letter telling us why you aspire to be a lazy programmer and how you plan to become one! Bonus points for knowing what YABC stands for!

If you are the right person, you could be looking at a paid summer internship that would be a lot more fun and personally fulfilling than playing more foosball at YABC while doing some programmer’s scut work.
