Located 20 miles off the beautiful Emerald Coast
NOMC is seeking the following:
Coder III - Certified as a CCS, RHIT or RHIA through the AHIMA with at least three years acute care coding experience, which includes ICD-9, APC and HCPCS. Three years supervisory experience is required.
Candidate will supervise 2nd shift HIM Specialist Personnel. A firm foundation in DRG/APC reimbursement is a must.
Transcriptionist II - CMT preferred or must have at least 5 years previous experience transcribing in an Acute Care Hospital. Must be able to work from home and have a high speed Internet connection and 2nd telephone line.
Must be able to transcribe at least 103 minutes of dictation in an eight hour shift with 98% accuracy.
