My specialty is customer service...I can do more on the phone than most people can face to face...was in cs for 14 years. Glad you joined us here. I bet you can find some customer support work by joining Elance (http://www.elance.com/seller?rid=AAGT). I would recommend a 'Basic' subscription in the admininstrative area.

I have one myself, and a lot of customer support comes through there.
