Doing well.Thanks.Still want to improve by your guidance and help.Some are affiliate programs, some are randomizers, and the clerical job listed in the signature is real 'Get paid to do assignments job'. The owner and the whole team are very reliable people. I am with it for above 2 years and still getting paid around 100$ per month depending upon how many assignments i find time to do and when i get 1-2 referrals , it's around 150$. And there is one time joining fee for lifetime membership. The income from this site is fixed and the rest cater to add some more depending upon how many referrals i get. It's not bad idea to pay a one time fee and earn more than that each month.
