I've been working on this for a few months. I keep changing it up here and there.
I want it to be professional, but casual in a trendy way. Make sense?
I also don't know what to do to get better pictures without spending too much $. Does anyone know anything about digital photography?
BTW, my logo was done by Mrs Jat from this message board. She did an wonderful job. I love it!
Let me know what you think about the website. Be brutally honest. I can take it.
Thanks,
Jenny

Makes sense, but unfortunately I don't think it was accomplished. The striped background was too distracting and the 'introductory' paragraph is in the wrong place. People read left to right, not top to bottom, so my suggestion is to re-arrange the placement of items on your page. I think a navigation that goes across the top (rather than left-aligned) would look nice and this would allow more of your content to be seen. Put the picture of you (?) and the handbag up closer to the top - this is your product - MARKET IT!!!

The pictures aren't too bad. You have a graphics program, right? I don't know any good sites about digital photography. Keep in mind that when you take the pictures, have the highest resolution possible so that you get as many pixels that the camera can handle. The more pixels, the clearer the picture. And don't optimize it too much with your graphics program or else you'll get the "grainy" look.

I have one question - was the bag meant to be cut off? It just looks like the picture didn't fully load and got cut off right in the middle.
I really don't think you've got a bad start here, Jenny. Just re-arrange the items on your page and it will look much nicer and professional. Terrific idea for a home business, by the way. Very unique!
