Hi all.. I have just finished what I would consider, a dream job.

I was given creative control after my client saw the first draft and she was so open to all suggestions. She was adamant about the looks not compromising over the load time/file size (which she might very well regret later, but was nice for me now!)

Anyway, it has a very feminine type design and I would love a bunch of feminine opinions!

I hate when that happens! Booted in the middle of posting and forgot to log back in.... So the yearbook post is Me!

Shelly,

You DID IT AGAIN! I adore it! Love that butterfly and am so inspired with the way you do those 'banner' type buttons. It is wonderful.

Your style is so unique and inspiring... I dub thee, "GODDESS of DESIGN" :)

Thank you Lori.. you are too kind! It was just a nice change to have creative freedom... and for someone that appreciated it! Unfortunately, I also have the flipside client right now.

Thank you for checking it out! I can't wait to see the new Zen

I'm really not too kind. Your designs are really my inspiration. ESPECIALLY tonight. I'm totally struggling with Zen. A client of mine (I did a consulting site for him) is having a talk at a local fleet bank with a group of their business customers. Tonight.

He took my biz cards and is going to plug my services. So I'm in this huge hurry to get my portfolio site up... and I am becoming less and less satisfied with it. :(

I love looking at your site. I go there just to get inspired again :)

Lori,
I don't know if it is this way for everyone, but I struggle more with my site's design than any other one's that I do. And by struggle I mean that I have probably 5 drafts for every one version of dzineworkz there has ever been. And, some of those drafts are almost complete sites... but I decided that they were wrong.

I feel for you girl! BUT, I know you can get it done, you have such a great start. Sometimes it helps to get away from it for awhile, even though you are pushed for time, maybe work on something else for awhile...

Thank you Windswept! I think she really has found an area that is lacking.

And, Welcome to the forum!
