The Virtual Marketing Assistant(s) that we hire will be required to come into our office in Palatine, IL once a month for a free training workshop/team meeting (un-paid). It will also be necessary for the Virtual Marketing Assistants to come into our office for training. The amount of work we are able to delegate will depend on the individual's willingness to come in for training.
Examples of work that would be assigned can include but are not limited to:
Execute marketing activities/efforts (online & print) for our clients. Here are a few examples:
*Real Estate Copywriting: Website content, press releases, blogs, newsletters, biographies, etc.
*Writing creative/descriptive ad copy
*Entering the listings into the MLS (Multiple Listing Service)
*Resizing and enhancing photos
*Adding the home's listing to the clients website, corporate website and various social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter.
*Adding their listings to other real estate websites such as: Craigslist, Postlets, Zillow, Point2, Homes.com, Trulia, etc.
*Enhancing their listings on REALTOR.com with 25 photos, headlines, enhanced ad copy, special message, open house info, etc.
*Creating an online Visual Tour
*Creating a Home Brochure/Flyer and Just Listed Postcard, (templates already designed)
Various weekly and monthly reoccurring tasks include:
*Creating and sending email blasts

*Researching and creating eNewsletters
*Reporting on web hits for our client's home listings and sending to their clients directly
*Reposting Craigslist and Postlet ads.
