As a part-time telecommuter, Hilton at Home team members perform the same role as on-site Reservations and Services Specialists. You will receive inbound calls from people across the country and assist them in making reservations for our hotels and resorts. You will use the most modern technology available while working from your home office.
Scheduling - In this work at home position you will work Part-Time building your own schedule in the AFTERNOON between 12:00 noon - 6:00 PM.
Applicants must also be able to work weekend hours and some holidays. Training is Part-Time 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM Monday - Friday for seven weeks. The last two weeks of training will be Tuesday-Saturday 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM.
· Excellent communication skills including the ability to speak, read and write fluently in English
· Steady job history
· Basic computer skills including navigational skills and the ability to conduct internet searches,
· Ability to pass reference checks, drug screen, and a criminal background check
· Ability to sit in front of a PC monitor for extended periods of time
· High school diploma or equivalent **Bilingual/Spanish/Portuguese skills can earn an extra $1.00 per hour after training.**
**Please note, you MUST reside in the Tampa (metro area) to be considered for this position. Area codes 727 and 863 ARE acceptable, however you must have a feature called enhanced call forwarding which can be provided by your local phone service company (additional fees apply with enhanced call forwarding.)** **Class starts on February 18, 2010. Training is from 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM Monday - Friday.
