We are looking for weekends only independent contractor phone representatives to join our rapidly growing Virtual Call Center. Person must be proficient with computers. Self training tutorials for qualified candidates.
Required to have computer with at least 1-2 gigabytes of Ram, high speed internet connection (must have 2-3mg download speed min required), head-set with microphone.
We have a self scheduling platform based on call volume demand. In this position you will have high volume daily inbound and outbound customer calls using a scripted platform.
Work environment is very positive and team-oriented. Able to work in fast paced environment under stressful conditions at various times
Starting pay $8.00 an hour to start. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply. No investment required.

Reliable attendance is required - no exceptions
Experience with inbound and outbound phone calls
Professional demeanor and work ethic
Type 30 words per minute
Excellent Communication Skills and Phone Etiquette
Minimum 1 year previous customer service or call center experience
Able to communicate effectively within the Team and Management
Effectively handle most calls in a timed manner
Work independently and in a team environment
