We are currently seeking a research and email marketing administrator to research top level contacts at medium to large technology companies for email marking campaigns. This project coordinator will be responsible for identifying key contacts at companies, creating, and maintaining list of multiple contacts at select companies and sending emails campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have an exceptional skills in internet research, fast typing and very articulate with email. We are a professional sales organization and do not send spam.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Contact and identify executive marketing prospects, through list provided and internet research
• Email prospects with our pre-written sales proposals:
• Forward all replies and manage bounced emails
• Manage and maintain contact in Excel
• Implement consistent sales campaign strategies and performance for clients
• Ability and desire to grow into a project manager position
Experience/Skills required:
• Fast and accurate typing (80 words min)
• Strong research skills include prospecting, qualifying, and identifying C level executives.
• Strong organizational skills (Excel)
• Professional communication skills.
• Outstanding writing ability.
• Excellent attention to detail, highly organized and flexible
• Proficiency with MS Office and the Web
• Experience working with large to medium business
• Marketing department experience is highly desirable
Essential Qualities:
• Positive work ethic and ability to exercise mature judgment
• Ability to work independently as a motivated team player
• Preference for a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Ability to think analytically, set priorities and meet deadlines
• Quick learn the product features and benefits quickly
