We are a national computer Help Desk Service Company that is seeking qualified computer support specialists to provide technical assistance to its customers. Experienced candidates will be selected to provide troubleshooting assistance on Microsoft Windows based desktop computers over the phone.
Requirements:
- 2+ Years Experience in PC Troubleshooting
- Excellent Verbal Communication Skills
- Experience in troubleshooting Windows 95, 98, 2000, XP, and Vista
- Experience in LAN setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Skilled in both software and hardware troubleshooting
- Must have high speed broadband internet access
- Must be willing to work from home
Compensation: $12 to $16 per hour
