Online work from home technical/customer support requirements

One – two years of experience in technical/customer support
Post high-school technical coursework or Technical Certification a plus
Adaptability to an extremely fast-paced, growing, and changing environment
Excellent problem solving and action oriented customer service skills
Experience supporting novice computer users
Comfortable using computers and have a current Windows-based PC at home.

Broadband access to the Internet (DSL, cable modem, or ISDN) from your home.
Ability to pass a background check, fingerprints and drug test.
We provide the necessary software and specialized equipment for support and success in these positions.
