Job Title: Helpdesk/Tech Support
Hours: Part Time/15 hours per week/M-F
Job Description: Small web based company looking for experienced IT technical support resource who is reliable, self-motivated, and analytical with excellent written and verbal skills. Must be able to work with little to no supervision and have knowledge of Internet Explorer as well as Mozilla Firefox. Background check is required prior to any offer of employment.
This job will be performed remotely from your home. Must have a computer with high speed internet access as well as a phone.

One of these three shifts must be worked M-F 9am-12pm, 2pm-5pm, or 7pm-10pm. At least one year of SOFTWARE technical support experience required. When applying, please include at least 3 professional references.

Responsibilities include:
Answering online customer inquiries through email using a CRM system (no phone support needed)
Recent experience in a Customer Support role
Meeting customer inquiry deadlines
Managing the support queue with little to no supervision
As appropriate escalates customer inquiries or issues
Consistently demonstrates professional, positive, and approachable attitude/demeanor and discretion
Demonstrates sensitivity in handling confidential information
Formulate and clearly communicate ideas to others
