We are currently gathering resumes for our home-based customer service team. Our customer service agents work from their home-offices answering calls generated from national advertisements on the TV and radio, as well as print and web ads. People will be calling responding to the advertisements and asking for information.
As a customer service agent, you would read scripted information to the caller, providing a basic overview of the service / program they are inquiring about. If caller is interested, you will then take their payment information and enter it into the computer. After payment is complete, agent provides customer with their login details, as well as some other membership information.
Compensation begins at $8.50 / hr during 90 day training period. Various shifts are available, 20-30 hours per week. After training period, agent may have opportunity to work full-time shifts and hourly rate increases.
Requirements: Agent must have quiet workspace. Must have computer with internet access. Must be able to answer calls and be connected to the internet. Must have previous customer service experience. Must be a self-motivated worker who can work independently.
