Phone Support Representative - Radio Advertising Auction (Work from home)
We are seeking Phone Support Representatives to explain the auction process to potential advertisers over the telephone. This is a work-at-home opportunity, so you can be anywhere in the U.S. and hours are flexible. Availability for after-hours phone support of our potential clients is a plus but most calls will likely come during the regular work day.
This is not a sales position; advertisers come to us, all you have to do is help them through the process.
Since our system is a very unique radio airtime purchasing process, you would be given complete training in the process, as well as exposure to case studies of success.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be conversant in/or have some knowledge of media terminology, comfortable with technology and familiar with online auctions (such as eBay). In addition, candidates need to possess exceptional customer service skills and an upbeat and friendly attitude, as well as the following:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort with responding to inbound calls from potential and current clients
• General knowledge of internet
• Ability to troubleshoot and successfully resolve client problems
• Ability to work independently from home
• Excellent telephone etiquette
