Primarily this individual will be responsible for client level telephone satisfaction surveys. Must be able to interact with people at all levels of business, asking probing questions with a personable, conversational style and using a professional phone voice. Must have at least 3 years of previous experience as a top telephone interviewer of executive level interviewees. Previous experience in market research telephone surveys is preferred.

Secondary responsibilities include data entry of survey results, creating status reports of fielding and data collection, communication to Client Services department of issues, documentation of procedures and other duties.

Success will be measured using the following metrics: Minimum of 10 satisfaction surveys completed monthly, callbacks to clients within 24 hours, accuracy of reporting and analysis and other administrative level tasks completed within agreed upon deadlines.

Desired Qualifications:
* Exceptionally strong verbal communication skills
* Experience working within a phone center or research firm as a high-level interviewer
* Experience working in a less rigid workplace and/or home-based environment preferred
* Must have dedicated phone number to receive return phone calls from potential interviewees
* Must have computer with reliable high speed Internet connections with browser of Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher, high capacity (20 mb or higher) email and Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel)
