We are a leading provider of nationwide on-site computer support service and have a nationwide database of technicians that we dispatch to handle on-site service requests. We are looking for a sales assistant that can make sure existing jobs are assigned to techs, scheduled, and paperwork is returned and updated in our database. They will need to be able to follow up repeatedly on jobs requiring information to complete the job. They must also be able to handle some inbound calls as a backup during busy periods. The applicant will be able to communicate effectively and relay all service issues to the account managers for follow up.
The shift we are looking to fill is part time and from 3PM – 7PM weekdays.

The successful candidate will be adept at resolving customer issues and securing a sale without compromising on customer service. You’ll work in an active online group environment that balances inbound sales and customer requests with customer service policies.
TECHNICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Customer service principles
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Track record of being thorough, courteous and responsive in sales and customer service
4. Experience with Windows XP and applications including Outlook and Excel
5. Limited understanding of networking, antivirus and spyware removal and computer related terms helpful but not necessary.
6. Posses a laptop computer and have high speed internet is necessary to work from home.
