Hi all! I was wondering if any of you..or anyone you know is interested in doing some basic programming work? ie: need a database user/pass (small & basic) built in a design that is done.

Thank you for your time!

Hi Shelly -

I thought it was you :)

I don't know of any Moms who program. But I sent an invitation to some Women IT Professionals to come over to the board if they are interested.

Thanks for thinking of coming here to look for help! What site is it? Do we get to take a peek at your latest design?

Hope all is great!

Lori,
Thank you for taking the time to do that! The site in need of the database is for a Homeowner's Association... I didn't have much to work with on this, but would love your opinions!

Thanks again!

Shelly,

Wow is that ever inspiring! The colors and gradients work so well and I adore the icons on the side menu.

You are one of my favorite designers -- I mean that!

I'm still hoping we get some interest on the database here. But you have heard of rentacoder right? That would be a good place to look for help.

Thanks for sharing!

Thank you so much Lori, I struggled with this one for sure. I was given a few really bad photos to work with and instructions from, let's say, a not so creatively inclined man.

I have never heard of rentacoder.. what is that?
Shelly

OOOO I love the flower!

Okay - www.rentacoder.com.

Its like elance but has a lot of programmers. You can find someone reasonably I'm sure.

I think that Debbi has a programmer she works with sometimes. You might also try pm'ing her Shelly and seeing how much he would charge.

Site looks great. Mind if I move the thread over to the site review section so other people can get a feel for your designs?

Glad you like the tulip!

Shelly, I noticed on your home page you are still needing a programmer.

Try this site: http://www.vixa.com/womenit/

Those are the women I emailed about your project. To my knowledge nobody came. Maybe if you approach directly.

If you can't come up with someone let me know. I work for a fellow who has some guys doing programming for pretty cheap. maybe one of them is available.

Take care,

Lori

Hello,

I know a programmer I use that does excellent work...unfortunately, he is a man, but I haven't held it against him yet.

:D

Seriously, he does a great job and has helped me with many things in the past. If you're interested, let me know.

Best,
Debbi

Hee hee... I can hold it against him for you! Just kidding! I believe I found one, and one that might even work out long term. Thank you ever so much though Debbi, I may still need to take you up on your offer in the near future.
