Customer Care Representatives
(Work on-site or Work From Home)
Our Customer Care Center located in Las Colinas is hiring for Customer Service Phone Representatives to service our Customers. Full Time and Part Time positions are available in our 24/7 Call Center. Salary is $10 hourly with the opportunity to earn additional $$$$ for Add on Sales.
Requirements
Requirements:
• Proficient PC and Internet skills
• Above average reading comprehension
• Above average writing skills
• Ability to multitask
• Sales and/or Customer Service experience preferred
• Must have wide range of flexibility in work schedule including weekends
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Must pass background screening which includes Credit, Criminal and Drug Test
• Mandatory 3 weeks paid training classes starts March 31
Work from Home Program:
• Must meet all requirements listed above
• Will train on site
• Will work on site before being approved to work from home
