Unresearched...

Busy Bay Area Insurance Inspector conducting loss control surveys needs data entry veteran to assist in completing forms and submitting on-line reports to my customers (insurance companies) about the risk they insure.

I look for problems at businesses before they become claims.
Type of report varies from day care centers to hazardous waste management companies, auto body and auto repair shops, earthquake, detailed high value residential, and more.

I provide you with completed forms and photos. You must feel comfortable on your computer with clicking (a lot), copying/ pasting, uploading photos, labeling, editing, etc. You’ll fill in a lot of blanks.

Template narratives are provided to some of my customers, your command of basic rules of grammar mandatory.

Looking for a LONG TERM independent contractor relationship to which I can steadily sub-contract these duties. If you are seeking additional income for just the next 2-3 months please do not apply.

Training is easy. Fellow Marin resident would be especially convenient. High speed internet connection, e-fax account, e-mail account and a talent with your computer mouse are mandatory.

Some background in Property Casualty insurance or building trades experience helpful.

Compensation varies by report type. Fee structure is on a per report basis, not hourly. Projected to require up to 24 hours per month and expect monthly earnings for this position of @ $500 - $600 per month.
