Job Details
This position is in direct support of a large IBM Maintenance client. Responsibilities include the management of client inventory and the reconciliation of invoices. Deep understanding of service delivery, IBM tools and procedures is required. Skills in prioritization, multitasking, process development and improvement are mandatory for success.

This position works with a core team in support of the client and requires flexibility and a can-do attitude. This is a work at home position not to exceed 32 hours per week. Location is flexible with requirement for west coast work hours.
