I have a tip for those who are thinking about getting their first web site.

Choosing your domain name (web site name) and selecting your web hosting plan for your web site AND getting your web site built will all take time. However, what many first timers do not know is that when you are finally finished with your web site and start to promote it, that it can takes months for the search engines to pick up your site!! So there you have your finished site (finally) and now you're ready for customers to flock to it only to learn no one can search for you using the search engines because it takes so long for them to find and spider your site!

So the point of all of this is that no matter who you use for your domain name registration and web hosting, get going on it as soon as you can and don't delay getting your web site created!

Awesome tips to build your own site !!

Actually its a great way to learn and earn online. You learn a lot of things when you go ahead and make your own website and it also gives you an opportunity to earn a lot of money.

One way of earning money by way of your website is you can post links on your website for people to click and whenever people click on those links it will be you who will get paid.

Has anyone ever tried doing this ??

Actually I don't like to put other peoples links on my websites - I don't do link exchanges - there are other SEO techniques that one can use in place of link exchanges - it's very difficult to get someone to your website in the first place - why give them links to take them away from your site? Just doesn't make sense to me.

The money you'll earn on one click pales in comparison to what you could make if they stayed around and purchased your product or service. Link exchanges are just a bad idea.

Yes, I partially agree with you but once again it depends on what product or service your website offers...I mean if it is really offering a service or a product
then you would not like to place another product or service on your website especially your competitors website !!!
